How can I pay?
Make sure of your payment method when you make your reservation.
Do you have child seats? Do you provide service for physically challenged customers?
We have child seats for children of all ages. We are happy to serve customers who have difficulty getting around, and provide an assisted service for the elderly and disabled. We also offer a check-in service.
When are the services offered by Special Service available?
Our transport service is at your disposal, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is there a surcharge on the rate if groups stay in different hotels?
We charge a surcharge if the hotels are 10 km apart.
Please contact us by SMS – WhatsApp or by phone as we need to best arrange the service and we will also be able to tell you the supplement to be applied.
My flight is delayed or cancelled, what do we do?
In the event of a delay, we do not apply any fare increase. In case of flight cancellation (e.g. bad weather conditions) please kindly inform us in good time so that we can block it.
Is tipping customary?
Our mission is to satisfy our customers and tipping cannot be an obligation
but an entirely personal choice of our customers.
